Newsletter Advertising Information
In an effort to be more sustainable the Chamber will be transitioning to an electronic monthly newsletter. Beginning with the October issue, early in each month, members will receive an email with a link to the new issue of Business News. As always, it will also be available in full color on our web page at www.bainbridgechamber.com. A few printed copies will also be available at the office for pick up, and, as in the past, we will continue to distribute copies to hotels, lodging, banks, and selected businesses around the island. Printed copies will not contain inserts.
Newsletter Inserts:
One Month Advertising. . $75.00
Your single-sided flyer will be produced in full color in full page size with the electronic online newsletter. Contact newsletter editor at 842-3700 or . We will need a PDF copy emailed to us and payment of $75.00. (Or bring in a check). Payment must arrive by deadline.
Deadline: usually around the 20th of the month prior to publication, but verify exact date with newsletter editor. Date also appears on the back of previous newsletter. Please reserve space by calling Chamber.
Business Card Ad:
One Month Advertising .. . . $40.00
Includes a color ad in newsletter on website. We prefer a TIFF, JPG, or PDF file of business card ad, emailed to . Or provide a camera-ready copy of the ad for scanning.
Standard 3½” x 2” “business card”-size. Any variance in size will result in a price change, to be determined by agreement before publication.
