The Bainbridge Island Chamber of Commerce-sponsored 2010 EcoTour will take place on Sunday, April 25 at selected locations around the island.
The self-guided tour will be held from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and will feature green and sustainable homes, buildings, and businesses, and innovative gardens.
Admission is free. Parking may be limited at some venues -- we encourage you to car pool or bike the tour if possible.

Coyote Woodshop -- sawmill and woodworking utilizing downed timber

Rolling Bay Land Company - eco-cottage office with green roof
Bay Hay - organic gardening resource center
Art Plays With Science - hand-made artisan paper from a variety of plant and recycled materials
Island Gateway - museums & commercial complex designed to LEED standards, featuring environmental rainwater management
Bainbridge Vineyards & Laughing Crow Farm - vineyards and vegetables raised sustainably
Philips Electric/Dolphin Design - solar installation at Sakai Intermediate School
Butler Green Farms - biodynamic fruits and vegetables, poultry & eggs
Mesogeo - drought tolerant & deer-proof plants and design, septic mound design
